Entrepreneurs, let me ask you…
Has your business grown to the level that you are overwhelmed and overworked?
Do you find that managing your team is monopolizing your time?
Would you rather just have one person who will work closely with you & help you manage your business?
Are you stuck at the mid to upper 6 figure level (or beyond!) and need help developing systems, processes & team management to grow your business?
If you answered YES to any of the above, you need an Online Business Manager!
What is an Online Business Manager (OBM)?
A virtually based support professional who manages online based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, team members and metrics.
In the corporate world, an OBM would be the Operations Manager of the business - with very similar roles and responsibilities, except an OBM works virtually.
Most OBM's work with only 2-3 clients at a time, and those client relationships are usually long-term.
What does an Online Business Manager do?
An OBM frees up the business owner so that they can focus their time and energy on the things that only THEY can do in their business.
The role of the Online Business Manager is to delegate work to the client's team, to manage the team (in many instances, hiring and firing team members), tracking company stats and metrics, strategizing with the client on program/product launches, offer insight on marketing and to oversee project management.
Although they may not be the one actually “doing the work”, they are the ones responsible for establishing and managing the team that does.
